Who publishes this site

myperfectresumee is a resume and Statement of Purpose (SOP) builder operated from Surat, Gujarat, India. The same site publishes free articles on resumes, job-search letters and emails, interviews and SOPs. We are not recruiters, careers counsellors, immigration advisers or lawyers. Our articles explain how to prepare application documents; they are not individual advice and they cannot promise any hiring, admission or visa outcome.

Who writes the articles

Blog articles are written and edited by Ashish K.; his author page lists every article he has written. The longer reference guides (career advice and the SOP guide) are published under the myperfectresumee Team byline. We do not attach job titles, years of experience or qualifications to any byline that we could not show you.

Some drafts are prepared with the help of writing tools, including AI writing tools. Whichever way a draft starts, the team is responsible for what is published, and every article has to meet the standards below before it goes live.

Standards every article must meet

• It answers a real question completely. An article exists to help someone write or send a document, so it has to include the practical part: steps, a worked example, a sample or a checklist — not only general advice.
• No invented evidence. We do not publish made-up statistics ("recruiters spend six seconds"), invented surveys, testimonials, case studies or success stories. Where something is a common practice rather than a measured fact, we say so in those terms.
• Examples are fictional and look it. Names, companies and numbers in sample resumes, letters and SOPs are illustrations. They are there to show a structure, not to describe real people.
• Rules that change point to the official source. Visa requirements, university word limits, and legal or tax rules change and differ by country. We describe the general position and tell you to check the university, embassy or government page that sets the rule.
• Our own product is described as it is. Anything an article says about this site — what the builder does, what each plan includes, what it cannot do — is checked against the live product. That includes the limits: resume PDFs from our builder are image-based, resumes are not saved to an account, and there is no AI writing feature.
• One topic, one article. If two articles cover the same question, we merge them rather than keep near-duplicates. Articles link to each other for related topics instead of repeating them.

Dates and updates

Every article shows the date it was first published. An Updated date appears only when the content has been substantially revised — new or rewritten sections, corrected facts, changed advice. We do not change dates to make an article look newer.

In October 2026 we reviewed the whole blog. Long, repetitive articles were rewritten with worked examples, and six articles that overlapped heavily with others were merged into them. The old addresses of the merged articles now redirect to the article that holds that content.

Corrections and feedback

If you find a mistake, out-of-date information or advice that does not work in your situation, email support@myperfectresumee.in with the page address and what you think is wrong. We aim to reply within 1-2 business days.

If we agree, we correct the article and update its date. If we disagree, we will tell you why. Topic suggestions are welcome through the same address.

Advertising and independence

• The site is funded by optional paid plans and may show advertising, including Google AdSense ads.
• Advertisers have no say in what we write, which topics we cover or how templates are presented.
• We do not publish sponsored articles or paid reviews, and we do not use affiliate links.
• When an article mentions our own builder, it is our product and we say so. Articles mention it briefly and never as a condition for using the advice.
• Ads, where shown, are kept visually separate from article content and are never labelled as part of it.

What our tools do and do not do

The resume builder fills a template from a form and downloads it as a PDF; it does not write, rewrite or score your text. The SOP Template Finder is a keyword search over sample SOPs written in advance; it does not read your draft.
