By using myperfectresumee, you agree to these terms and to all applicable laws and platform rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all information, documents, images, and uploads you submit to the platform.

3. Prohibited Content

• Copied or infringing text, resumes, SOPs, templates, logos, or images.
• Illegal, defamatory, misleading, hateful, or fraudulent content.
• Uploads that violate third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

4. Intellectual Property

All original site code, page structure, branding assets, and internally created templates remain the property of the site owner unless stated otherwise. User-submitted content remains the user’s responsibility and ownership unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the service for lawful resume building, SOP preparation, document editing, and related support workflows. You may not abuse the platform, scrape content, or use it in a way that harms the service or other users.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, repeated infringement, fraud, security issues, or violations of these terms. Paid access may also be suspended where required by law, platform policy, or payment disputes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee job placement, visa approval, admission outcomes, search ranking, or any specific result from content created on the platform.

8. Payments & Pricing

Paid plans and one-time purchases are shown on our pricing page. Prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout, and applicable taxes may be added. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner (Razorpay); we do not store your card details on our servers.

9. Refunds & Cancellation

Purchases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which explains eligibility, timelines, and how to request a refund. Please review it before making a payment.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
