1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms apply to your use of myperfectresumee (the "site"), including the resume builder, the SOP builder, the SOP Template Finder and the articles. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What the service is

The site provides resume and Statement of Purpose templates that you fill in through a form in your web browser, a PDF download for resumes, PDF and Word downloads for SOPs, a keyword search over sample SOPs (the SOP Template Finder), and free articles. It does not write, review or assess your documents, and it is not a recruitment, admissions or immigration service.

3. Accounts and guest access

• You need an account to buy a plan or use the SOP Template Finder. Give accurate details and keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Guests can open the free resume templates after giving an email address. That address is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Your documents

• The content you type into a resume or SOP is yours. It is processed in your browser and is not stored on our servers.
• Because your work is not saved by the site, you are responsible for keeping your own copy and for downloading your document before you leave the page.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of everything in your documents, including facts about your education and employment, and for following the rules of any employer, university or authority you send them to.

5. Plans, payments and credits

• Paid plans and their prices are shown on the pricing page. All plans are one-time payments: Pro and Premium give 30 days of access from the date of payment, and Unlimited has no expiry. Nothing renews automatically.
• A plan lets you download the templates and SOPs it covers while it is active, and gives SOP Template Finder credits. Unused credits and access end when a 30-day plan ends.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Refunds and billing errors are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Templates, samples and site content

• You may use our templates to create documents for your own job, study or visa applications, and share or submit those documents as you wish.
• You may not copy, resell or redistribute the templates themselves, the sample SOPs, or our articles, or present them as your own product.
• Sample wording in templates and in the SOP Template Finder is there to show structure. Submitting it as your own writing may break the rules of the institution you send it to; that responsibility is yours.
• The site's code, design, templates, articles and branding belong to the site owner unless stated otherwise.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to create false or fraudulent documents, to infringe anyone's rights, to interfere with the site's operation (including automated scraping, probing for vulnerabilities, or abusing payments or credits), or for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do, and may refuse service in cases of fraud or payment disputes.

8. Articles and advice

Our articles are general information about preparing application documents. They are not professional, legal, immigration or careers advice for your situation. Where an employer, university or government body gives instructions, follow theirs. See our Disclaimer and Editorial Policy.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site working but do not promise uninterrupted access. Templates, features and prices may change; changes to a plan you have already bought will not reduce what that plan covers during its paid period.

10. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We do not promise any job offer, interview, admission, visa decision or other result from using it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law that applies to you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
