Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when a paid plan can be cancelled or refunded, who is eligible, and how to request it.

myperfectresumee is a digital service that provides resume and SOP templates, editing tools, and document exports. Access to paid features is delivered instantly and electronically, with no physical shipment involved.
2. Plans & Payments
We offer one-time and plan-based purchases as shown on our pricing page. All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout, and applicable taxes are added where required. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner (Razorpay); we do not store your card details.
3. Cancellation
- You may stop using the service and cancel a plan at any time from your account or by contacting support.
- For recurring plans (if any), cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
- One-time purchases cannot be "cancelled" after the access has been granted, but may qualify for a refund under Section 4.
4. No Refunds
All payments made for our digital plans and one-time purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully completed and access to the paid features is granted, the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we encourage you to review the plan details and try our free features before making a payment.
