Which plan do you actually need?

Most people need less than they expect. Here is our honest read on who each plan suits, including the case for not paying us anything.

• Stay on Free if you need one good resume for a handful of applications. You can build it, preview it and export it. It is a working product, not a watermarked preview, and there is no time limit.
• Consider a paid plan if you are running an active search across different kinds of roles. The things that genuinely help then are the full template library and unlimited saved documents, because tailoring per role becomes a copy-and-edit rather than a rebuild.
• Consider lifetime access only if you expect to come back to this over years — job searches recur, and SOPs tend to arrive in clusters when you are applying to several institutions.

If you are unsure, start free. You can upgrade later without losing work, and we would rather you found the tool useful first.

What every plan includes

Some things are not tiered, because gating them would make the product worse:

• All of our written guides — free, no account required.
• Parser-safe formatting. Every template uses a single-column layout with standard headings, on every plan.
• Your data rights. Access, correction and deletion apply regardless of what you have paid. See our Privacy Policy.
• Support. Free users get answered too, at the response times listed on our contact page.

Billing, plainly stated

• Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes at checkout before you confirm. What you see is what is charged.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card details.
• Cancelling stops future billing. Your documents remain available under the free plan's limits — we do not delete your work when a plan ends.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Read it before purchasing; if a charge looks wrong, contact us with the payment reference and we will investigate.
• No hidden add-ons. There is no per-download fee and no charge to export a document you have already created.

What we do not sell

Worth being explicit, because parts of this industry do sell these things:

• Resume writing or review services. We do not write, rewrite or score your resume for a fee. Our guides tell you how to do it, free.
• Guaranteed interviews or placements. We are not a recruitment agency and cannot forward your resume to employers. Anyone promising you an interview outcome is selling something they cannot deliver.
