On April 18, 2020, the company's board of directors and top management had a meeting and discussed safety measures and business continuity plans.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), there are currently no vaccines and medications that can prevent the spread of the virus or treat patients with COVID-19. In the meantime, all people are vulnerable to such disease. For that reason, the company finds it necessary to implement a work-from-home arrangement until a vaccine or a specific medication has been approved. The goals of the work-from-home arrangement are the following: • To ensure the safety of all employees and help the frontliners combat the spread of COVID-19. • To continue serving our valued clients who are, at this time, relying heavily on our services.

In late December 2019, Chinese health officials discovered the first coronavirus or COVID-19 patient and informed the WHO about the case. In January 2020, the disease spread all over Wuhan, China, leaving the government with no choice but to implement a total lockdown in the city. By late January, WHO already declared COVID-19 as a pandemic as it already began infecting people outside China. To this day, the disease has spread to over 100 countries, infecting more than a million people. According to the WHO, the common symptoms of COVID-19 are fever, dry cough, and shortness of breathing. Some patients also experience mild symptoms such as sore throat, headaches, nasal congestion, diarrhea, and runny nose.

Hence, the board of directors finds work-from-home arrangement a strategic way to ensure the safety of its employees while continuing some of the company's vital business operations.
